Help: about the cover period of bank statements

Post by debianx » Mon Jun 22, 2009 8:41 pm

Hi, Guys,
I'm preparing for T1 application but met some problems in previous earnings.
Despite that every payment of my salary is shown in my bank statements, the claimed period can not be covered by the bank statements in both the beginning and at the end.

It's simple that in the beginning the bank account hasn't been opened yet
and at the end I have no time to wait for my bank statements to arrive.
My LloydsTSB branch told me that they can do nothing helping me print my statements other than order them.

I have googled much and it seems that gaps in the bank statements are not problems.
If it's true I just guess my case should be also OK.

Does anybody can help me?

Thank you very much!

Not clear what exactly is your query. Can you provide dates of the missing statements and the earning period you want to use?

Hi, Thank you for you quick response

My claiming period of previous earnings is 01/07/08 - 30/06/09 to satisfy 12 consecutive calendar months.
But my actual period of earnings is 22/09/08 - 30/06/09

I opened my bank account on 23/09/08, so my bank statements started on that date.
And I ordered my latest bank statement today, so the end date is 22/06/09
As I'm going to make my application on 8th July, I can not wait for further bank statements.

Are there any problems?
