Earliest application time

Hi All,

I need to apply for HSMP extension, which is actually migrating to Tier 1.

Does any one know when the earliest we can apply? My visa is expiring in September and I am planning to apply in first week on July.

Does any one know if there is a guideline from Home Office. I searched a bit but could not find anything.

If you search this forum, you will find ample of threads for this. You can apply in July for extension.Home Office recommends to apply for extension in 4-5 weeks of your current leave expiry, but that is only a recommendation. Better apply 2 months in advance so that you have enough buffer and patience to wait for the outcome.

You can apply anytime before expiry . Go in person. I highly recommand the service.
I got 6 months before expiry.
