indefenite leave to remain question-please help

Hello.

I have been in UK on Work permit for about 5 years .

My son was 16 and my dependent when we came to uk,but he is now 21 , does not have a job , is self-employed but does not earn anything .

Please help me Under which category he can apply for indefinite leave to remain ?

He may apply as your dependant, subject to paragraph 198.
