Urgent - Missing bank statement

Hi

I applyd for the port study visa on the 13th of may 2009 with my wife as a dependet.

but i got a refusal letter yesterday stating that i have not supplied the page number 52 of my bank statement which shows for the period from 4th april 2009 to 6th april 2009 therefore they cannot confirm that the balance didnt drop below 1333pound (800 for me + 533 for the dependant) for this period.

So basically i have not got the 10 points for maintainace of funds.

When i received my bank statements from the bank i did not receive the page number 52 of my bank staments so therfore i did not send the page 52 of my bank statement. but i can confirm that my balance was always above 1333 for me an my dependant.

now i have requested for the 52nd page of my bank statement from the bank and they said its on its way.

Now i need to ask a few questions.

* Do i really need to go for a solicitor? is it MUST ? (As i have some to help me to document my papers)

* I thought of going for a paper hearing without a solicitor? any advises?

* how many days do i have to appeal? I.e. from where can i find out how many days i have?

* on my appeal application form it states on the first page the deadline to apply is on the 13/07/2009 ? so do i have to inform any one before that day about my decision?

* Today i got a printout of the page 52 and got it signed and stamped from the bank just in case if the statement by post gets delayd, is it ok if i send the bank stamped copy?

* if i appeal with no solicitors and if my appeal is dismissed do i get a another chance to stay in this country and appeal again?

currently i am employed and would this refual have any effect on my job?

Please advise as i really dont know what to do..
