ILR - Away from UK for 5 months due to medical reasons

Post by itconsultant » Mon Jun 29, 2009 2:24 pm

Dear friends,
I need your advice on my case, i was away from UK for a consecutive period of 5 months in the past 5 years on medical reasons. Would that make me unqualify for ILR ?

Appreciate your help.

Sushil,
Thanks for your response. But infact i went for a hoilday to India and fell sick, unfortunately i cannot provide letter from NHS. Any idea if letter from the Corporate Hospital in India would do?
