confirmation of what application form to use

hey guys,

ok i am 1) currently in the UK, 2) here under HSMP granted in 2007 valid until september 09.

for my renewal, would i use the forms on this page?

just confirming as one page hints that i need an initial application, another says i need an extension application, and this one says i need extension under hsmp?

Yes, you are on the right page. The same form is used for Initial application as well as extension. In the form, you will be asked whether you are applying for initial application or extension.
