Hi,

On one particular day my balance went below £800 but i deposited money and made it up on the same day.

However, my bank statement shows balance after every transaction, so there is a balance below £800. Is that an issue?

You will be better off getting a letter from the bank that the funds did not rop below the min required funds on any of the days in the last 3 month period. Technically the funds should have been in your account during (read "at all times") in last three months.

You can apply on the date of the expiry of your current leave. If the extension is declined and your current leave has expired you are aked to leave the country within next 28 days I suppose, although you are also given a chance to appeal against the decision.

if i show two accts for maint. fund: UK bank acct + indian bank acct
period for maint fund : 01/04/09 to 30/06/09

evidence provided:
UK bank statements from 01/04/09 to 30/06/09
Indian bank statements from 01/04/09 to 25/06/09

is that ok?
technically if put together i have £800+ funds at all times in the period from 1st april to 30th June.
