further consideration

Post by rasjooj » Tue Jun 16, 2009 5:26 pm

i applied for flr [m] in march 09 through a solicitor, did all the biometrics.its been 15 weeks waiting now so i decided to call ukba only to be told"awaiting further consideration".
i asked the lady on the telephone, what it meant and she said that a letter was sent to my solicitor requesting further information.now ,has anyone here been asked for more information and what information would they need as i supplied everything they asked for on the application form in the first place.

Have you checked that your solicitor has received the letter? If he has he'll be able to confirm what further information the HO require. I would have contacted him first! We'll just be 2nd guessing, which will get you knowhere.

i went to my lawyer and got the letter requesting council tax bill and 5 proofs of residence address even though i send these the first time with my application.
the other thing in the letter is a method of entry questionnaire asking about how i came to england.
has anyone had this questionnaire from ukba.

If you want your application to suceed then you have to provide them with all the documents and information that they require, otherwise they will refuse you.
The documents and question they have asked is a reasonable request for your type of application

They're checking to find out whether you entered illegally. Have all your previous visa applications been straightforward??? :?:
