Does time spent on a Tier 2 visa, work permit and SEGS visa count towards the total 5 years to apply for PR?

I believe all visas in the same "type" qualify... so yes, the Tier 2 and work permit times count, not sure what SEGS is...?

But, for example, even same type visas don't count sometimes, like Tier 1 General and Tier 1 PSW.

dahokolomoki,

Can you please advice on the statement below?? as to what i know any time spent under Tier 1 General counts towards ILR..

Also SEGS does not count towards ILR....
