Do I require to attest payslips with company HR?

Post by pvivekrao » Mon Jul 06, 2009 3:20 pm

Friends,

Planning to apply dependant visa to my wife and I am submitting my previous 5 month payslips with application, my company provides payslips as a softcopy.

Could anyone please confirm do I require to attested payslips with Company HR?

Thanks In Adv

What about the regular, "blue" A5 payslips ? they do not normally have any signatures or company logo on it, my impression anyone can print them ? hopefully stamp is not required ?
Good luck !

Please refer to the guidelines...

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/worki ... ance310309

page 25 (141.1)

Payslips: These should be either formal i) payslips or on company headed paper. Where formal payslips are produced on plain paper they must be stamped and signed by the employer. Payslips which are not on headed paper or the applicant receives all pay slips online, he/she must authenticate the evidence by asking the employer to sign and stamp a printout. If the applicant provides payslips, they must cover the whole period claimed (for example, if payslips are produced monthly, the applicant must provide the payslip
