i sent my eea application in april 2008 and i am still waiting till now without any answer i just i got one letter from ho that they want to inform me that they got my application so i have called the ho million times and i didnt got any information about the progress of my application so plz tell do i need to put a lawer or should i continues waiting like the others its now 14 months waiting so can anyone help me [/b]

when you called HO for the last 5times... what STATUS on your application did the person the phone gave you??

is it Awaiting Consideration or Under Consideration or Under further consideration??

Have you tried lodging a complaint? You should check this out:

It seems like you would have a legitimate complaint on the standard of service. Although this is based off knowledge of Tier 1g scheme--don't know waiting times for eea...
