bundle dates

i was refused a settlement visa to join my husband in the UK. we have a pending appeal and lodged it more thanago. how do i contact the BHC? could I just email or call the British Embassy where i filed my application, to inquire about my bundle date.

The post where you submitted it should have an e-mail address, although with it being an appeal don't know if you will have much luck.

You should or your representative should recieve some sort of notification of a hearing date if they do not overturn the decision.

The hearing will be held by by the AIT!!!
