student dependant on tier 4

Plz anyone can tell me what r the requirements for the student dependant under new rules i.e point based system applying from a home country.I'm currently studying in Uk and hold a visa till august 2010 under point based system.so do i need to show my maintenance fund as well along with my dependant's maintenance fund when applying for my dependant from home country or do i need to show maintenance fund only for my dependant....plz help...
