urgently need advice and help on visitor visa

my america girlfriend wasrefused entry into the us due to insufficient funds and no return flight, neither of us had any idea she needed either when she came over as she was staying with my family for a few months, but the paranoid british immigration did not trust her!

anyway, she was told she didnt have a ban placed on her and if she applies for a visa she will be granted one as long as she can show these two things!!

please anyon that has any knowledge on this can you let me know[/b]
