Hi Guys,

Just wanted to ask u guys a question.....I have applied for PSW from CCL.....still awaiting decision as everyone.......

What i wanted to confirm is that....whatever the decision might be ..... If i go back to my country and come back here on HSMP on my wife's Visa.......Would that create any problem for myself or my wife.

If someone can please let me know...

I have not made application yet....just wanted to confirm what the chances are for my wife getting the visas and me getting dependant on that....

if u r on psw then there might b risk now if u was on igs then u got chance to escape

Why PSW at risk not the IGS. I dont kno much about the fate of PSW actually, although i am also awaiting psw. Can we not switch to tier 1/2 or any dependent visa in or out of the country. Can wait tell me more about the risks awaiting 4 us as poor PSW!
