Mismatched dates are fine. I think NI no. on payslips is not mandatory.faye83 wrote:Hi guys, I have query about pay slips for Tier 1 general. My company does not provide formal standard pay slips, what I get every month is a A4 paper, with a table showing the tax code, gross pay, tax and N.I. deductions.
Following the guidance, I should get them signed and stamped by the company, but now I notice that the pay slips only shows my name, no NI number, will this cause any issue?
And some of the dates on pay slips are different from those on bank statements, if I provide a letter listing all the 12 months income, with Gross/deductions/net salary/date of salary credit, should this date be the same as that on the bank statement? Is there any problem with the difference between letter/bank statement and pay slip?
Your help will be apprreciated, thanks.
Thank you. And for the supporting letter, should the salary credit date matches with that on bank statement rather than pay slip?chetanojha wrote:Mismatched dates are fine. You can mention the dates of bank statement in the letter.faye83 wrote:Thank you. Use Bank Statement Date.faye83 wrote:Forgive my poor English, I mean if I list all the income during the claimed period like this in the supporting letter from employer:
Gross/deductions/net salary/date of salary credit
£***/ £*** / £*** / **-May-2009
As the dates on pay slip and bank statement are different, for example, 28/May on pay slip and 30/May on bank statement, then which date should I use in this letter here?
