Need information in filling the Tier 1 General form

I am on work permit in UK since 2007. I am working as a software engineering.

Kindly guide me in what is to be filled for the below mentioned sections:?

B10. Home Office reference number(s) (if known):

B11. Give details of any current or previous worker reference number(s) under work
permit arrangements (if applicable):

B13. Points Based System migrant reference number (if known):

B14. United Kingdom ID card number (if applicable):

B27. Please select the applicant’s main occupation from the following list (if applicable):

Please advice me.

One more query:

Under the personal details its says enter "First Name" and "Surname" as per the passport details.

In my Passport it says only Given Names and Surname. Given Names in my passport includes middle name as well along with my first name.

Just want to know what should I write in the First name section in form.

e.g Name in passport is X1 X2(X1 is first name , X2 is middle name)
Shall I write exactly the same that is written in passport i.e X1 X2 or only X1.

Provide details same as given in your passport.

Query : Can I not write my work permit reference number for B11 and leave it blank for B10.

This should also be on your work permit. If not, leave it blank or N/A.
