Yes as John suggests do a search on topics relating to Albania, there are plenty of other British girls who have married Albanians!
I myself am British and got married in Albania in December 2006. With my husband's application for a 2 year spouse visa we provided the following:-
Husband's passport
A Certificate of No-Impediment ("CNI") for me (obtained from my local Council to show that I am free to marry)
My British passport - both this and the CNI were translated into Albanian
Marriage Certificate
Bank Statements for both of us - 6 months worth
Payslips for both of us - 6 months worth
Tenancy Agreement for the property we were renting in the UK
Photographs of us together taken in London to show we had met
Wedding photographs taken in Albania
BT phone bill in my husband's name
Sky TV statement in my name
(our rent includes utility bills so we didn't have any of these but if you pay gas, electric, council tax etc and have these bills in both or either of your names you should provide these to show that you are living together in the UK at the same address)
Also of course the application form and passport photos of each of us. I think this was about it.
Each couple's situation is of course slightly different and that would mean they would provide additional documents to those above - if for example you already have children together then you should provide their Birth Certificate or if for example either of you had been married before then you would need to provide a document showing that you were divorced etc.
Good luck with your application anyway!
