Tier1 extension processing times

Hello,

Does anyone have updates on the current processing times for Tier1 extension? I have applied in Jun mid and my visa is expiring on Jul19th. Is it legal to stay in the country in this kind of situation? Also, i have a personal emergency for which i need to travel to my home country urgently. What is that i can do to speed up the process.
Any answers much appreciated, please

Once you apply for extension at the HO, you are eligibale to live in the coutnry as long as the HO takes time to make a decision on ur application even ur current visa expires.. not a prblem

i dont know when you need to traavel but if it is 2-3weeks away.. sent a Urgent Treatment letter with proof (like flight tickets, geniune reason) to HO in adavance (2-3week prior) and write a cover letter with reference letter expalining ur urgency so that caseworker will get convinced and provide the decision early...

Please chcek other theards for UT processing n experiences..

in cover letter do write to case worker that. if it take time don;t cancel or withdraw your application for that reason

no i didnt get the decision yet. me and my friend applied on 17th june. we both are waiting

me and my friend applied on same date on 17th June as i told earlier. i talk to him today he said he got decision.

he got stamped on 26th june and received docs on 29th june.

WHY I always get a evil case worker ?
