ILR for Family of EEA Citizen leaving in UK

Post by banjobanton » Thu Jul 16, 2009 4:30 pm

Please I have a daughter born in Ireland and hold EU passport, We all leave in the UK together with her siblings that are not EEA.
Currently I have Tier1 General Visa. However a friend said we can apply for ILR as parent and sibling of an EEA citizen. All information that i have seen as regards this indicated we cannot work nor have access to Public fund.
Please advise on what can be done. and wheter or not we can apply for ILR.
Cheers

Tell me about the Tier1 General Visa you are on. Can you work? How long have you had it? When does it expire?
