difference between Lodgery agreement and tenancy agreement

hi all,

whats the difference between Lodgery agreement & tenancy agreement?
Can i submit Lodgery agreement inspite of tenancy agreement for applying Tier1(HSMP) dependant visa?

Please do guide.

depends whether you will have enough space for your dependants and whether the agreement allows for it.

Lodger Agreement is where you share house with the landlord, (rent a room in a house & share Spam -bathroom etc) this type of agreement is usually on monthly basis or at the most 6 months.

Tenancy agreement is where you rent a whole house or flat for yourself, this type of official agreement is for minimum of 6 months.
