Need Dependent Visa information for Austria

I have work permit for austria for six month. i am indian.
i dont have legitimate card. and i want to apply dependent visa for my wife.

is it possiblt to get dependent visa without legitimate card ?
what is process to get visitor visa ?
can i extend visitor visa from austria itself ?
can any one please tell me the process ?

What is a 'legitimate' card and what kind of 'work' permit do you have? A 'visitor visa' would be a Schengen C visa which you can't extend in the country.

I have a work permit visa type D. I dont have legitimation card.

I assume that by 'legitimation card' you actually mean that you do not have a residency permit. That would be consistent with you having a type D visa (national visa) that allows you to work. The embassies are responsible for visas. So you would have to ask there.
