filling in i-94(W) required?

I folks,

Sorry about this, suddenly realized that this is the wrong forum for this question, but someone might still be able to answer it.

I am going on a holiday to the US next month. I have a standard Tourist visa in my passport. I don't think I need or am in fact allowed to fill in an ESTA online form. But in the plane, do I still need to fill in the I-94 and/or I-94W form?

If you have a US visa, I94 is needed on arrival. ESTA is not needed.
