Dear Kayalami,
I just read ur messages regarding reference letter issue of Ibfrancois.
I intend to apply for hsmp shortly.
I am civil servant in Pakistan with administrative/managerial experience of more than 15 years, in different organizations of the govt.
In our country the federal secretariat having head offices of almost all the central ministries is located in a central area in islamabad (our capital). So is true for the provincial ministries in the provincial capitals.
The letter heads of the ministries usually do not give complete address as to street number, area, postcode etc. What they mention is only like this, say:
Ministry of Health, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad.
However, a letterhead does have a monogram of the govt, number and date of issue.
Would references on such a letterhead be acceptable to hsmp team? What I can do is to request the concerened official of the ministry to put address and his land line contact number below his name and signatures? Would it do?
Would appreciate your expert opinion about the above asap.
warm regards,
Quite Eager
