Visa For Mother Who Is Turning 65 Permanent Visa Application

Post by matrixaash » Tue Jul 28, 2009 9:48 am

Hi All,

I am a british citizen and I had an enquiry regarding my mother permanent application visa.

My father passed away two years ago. After that I made an application for my mom to join me on permanent basis but they refused it considering that she is not 65 and she has her brother and sis to turn back to if she needs any financial help. I did not had enough financial proof also at that time that she is financially depenedent on me. as the money I used to send use to go in my dad's account and my mom has been house wife all her life. After I applied for visitor visa twice and they rejected it say the intention is not of coming back as you have already applied for permanent visa once..

I want to apply for her permanent visa when she turns 65. . I have been sending her money since my father death so I have proof that she is financially dependent on me.

My mother has a brother who is retired and a sister back home but they are not ready to take care of her.

I have sister who lives in USA and I am her only son. I have a two double bedroom house. I live with my wife and a two year old son. My wife is expecting our second baby. Is this enough accomodation.

What documents do I need to prove that there is nobody back home to take care of her ?

How can I prove that there is nobody to help her financially and not with any other help ? like taking care of her if she is ill something like that.

Thanks in advance of your help.

Aash.

Besides your mother's previous history of visa rejections, the one sure thing I can pick out as a potential problem is the suitability of your accommodation. A 2 double bedroom house for a couple+2 kids+1 parent is insufficient.
