hi i m as a psw and my visa going to runout next year 2010 i m working in saisbury nightshift and i m getting nearly 16500 a year can i go for tier 2 any how please help me about this

your salary has to be atleast 17000

Plus the role has to be skilled, at least at NVQ 3 level. Shelf stacking or till work would not be good enough.

You also need sponsorship from the employer to do your Tier 2.
I Dont think Sainsbury's can do sporship for the work you do.. I am really Sorry dude.

Still you have time, find some professional job, your employer can sponsor if you work with them for 6 months.
