Is GBP 800 balance required while application is processing?

Hi, my application in under processing at the HO and I wanted to know whether I need to keep maintaining the 800 pound balance until I get my passport back.

My application is a straight forward case and I maintained 800+ for the three months prior to application. All other criteria were also met so I am not expecting any trouble (fingers crossed). I applied on July 24.

I would suggest do not take even a single penny out,until you have ur passport with a stamp of extenion on it.

I will advice you leave the money in your account until yoi receive your passport back. Everything might be ok to you, but you never can trust the caseworkers where they are coming from. I believe 6 weeks is not too long.

If you have provided HO with 3 months bank statement and the most recent statement was not more than 1 month old at the time of the application then u had fulfill the requirement. To be honest with you, caseworkers are stupid so its gud to keep £800 untill u get u passport back from HO.
