Long Stay Rules amd Conditions Plz Explain

Post by shumi_76 » Tue Aug 04, 2009 10:49 pm

Hi
I have few questions that i need to clear basically it carries my future decisions and ultimately my life, i hope i can get satisfied here.
Well i have been in this country for about 8 and half years of which i have spend 6 years as student and rest as post graduate work visa and i have come to know that there is 10 years legal long stay rule which allows the eligibility to apply for indefinite.
I have spend twice, more then 3 months out of UK due to certain reason but with a valid visa that i hold, i came back. Now if i am eligible to apply for indefinite after 10 years, i am thinking to continue my education and also work out for indefinite. currently i hold Post Study Work and i am in second year.
Please advice and guide me exactly what i should do.
Really grateful to you

Regards
Yas
