Can i change employer later on without informing home office?

Tier2(G) earlier WP visa is linked with one company at atime.. you can not work for other company B while it has been issued Tier2(G) by company A;

You will find a note in ur Visa saying
Work (or any changes)should be authorized

If you want to work in a different job that the new employer needs to issue a licence and u need to apply again for permission with the new employer. If you decide to leave the existing employer then u need to make sure that u ex employer needs to cancel the licence and then u can apply again.
