filling in the application for naturalisation form

Hello

I was filling in the application form and am not sure what to do with section 1.20

the section concerns the citizenship test. since i will be applying sometime next week, and will be in time beating the 1st november deadline, so i am exempt for the citixenship test, i guess i should leave this section(1.20)blank/untouched, correct?
