Ready for Collection on Ukvac tracking?

I applied for my visa on the 10th of July. 2 days Ago when I was tracking it via ukvacpk.com it said my application was ready for collection and I should get it from the visa center where I submitted it. However when I called the helpline the guy said I should wait till I get a call from them asking me to collect.

Anybody know how many days they take after the websites updated ? Before the PBS was implemented my friends would head on straight to the visa center when the tracking info said to collect. Am I to wait ?

You should go n collect it.
