I have completed my degree n masters in UK. i came back home n applied for PSW which was a big mistake. i got refused of not enclosing a traffic offence which i have committed while doing the degree years back.
I never mentioned in previous extensions(twice) as i thought it was not a big deal.
But now i got refused under 320(7A) [General grounds for Refusal] of not disclosing the incident which was after 3yrs which i was completely shocked.

I was informed by VFS to put a fresh application including the offence and admitting the mistake which was unintentional with clear explanation and also with the fine payment receipt. still i got automatically refused under 320(7B).

planning to go for administrative review as they never even looked at my second application which was waste of money without even considering the letter and documents submitted. please help out if u have any suggestions.

The application was refused under Grounds for Refusal and HO do not give u any right for appea (in country) and administrative review (outside UK). The second application was refused as it was refused under the same general grounds for refusal. I am sorry to say (even u forgot about it) but on the application for PSW under section E it clearly asks if u have any traffic offences and u have said not to this question. I am sure that u administrative (did they give u a chance for adminitrative review, i doubted if they did) review will be a refusal as well becasue of General Grounds for Refusal and thats the immigration law. U wud also face an automatic ban for u future applications for a certain period of time as well. Sorry ma8 but there is nothing u can do about that.
