help with ireland

guys....

i got to know from this forum that ireland is hardly issueing RC as family members for moroccan citizens..... as im a family member of an eu spouse / my lithuanian wife living in ireland/ and im living in morocco , so it seems very complicated for me to get a visa ,

really guys , do i have to go to egypt as we dont have an irish embassy in morocco , as to apply for tourist visa or smthng like that and then go to ireland as to apply for RC there? or i can get it directly from embassy in egypt?

which country has the less complicated and the easiest immigration law....?

Are you sure you'd have to go to Egypt? There appear to be two honorary consulates in Morocco:

Another option you might was to consider, is applying for an EEA Family Permit for the UK.

You wife should be in the UK awaiting you to join her there. Once you are in the UK (Northern Ireland), crossing together in to Ireland is easy and lawful, provided you are both in possession of your passports and marriage certificate. After that, Metock conditions apply.

a non-Community spouse of a Union citizen who accompanies or joins that citizen can benefit from the directive, irrespective of when and where their marriage took place and of how that spouse entered the host Member State.

If your wife works, studies or is self-sufficient in Ireland, she has the right of residence in Ireland. As you her spouse, your rights equal hers. In order to evidence your right to reside, you should apply for a "Residence Card of a family member of a Union citizen". In Ireland, this is called "Stamp 4 EUFam". Apply for this using form EU1.
