B2 Visitor Visa - London Embassy- Indian Passport Holder

Hi Guys,

I am an Indian Passport Holder living in Manchester, UK on HSMP Visa.
I am planning for a trip to Miami during Christmas Holidays.

Can I apply from the London Embassy for the B2 visa, or do I need to apply from India only?
