Tier 2 Intra Company Transfer

Post by phani » Fri Aug 14, 2009 12:34 pm

Hi,

I am planning to move from my US firm to UK branch under Intra-Company Transfer visa. My visa application got rejected twice with the same reason - "6 payslips do not have the company stamp as per paragraph 245ZD of the immigration rules". I did not have original payslips, so my firm gave me printouts of online payslips. First time I did not have a letter from my US firm. My lawyer told me that is needed. Second time I had an accompanying letter with the application from the US firm stating that the payslips (printouts) are authentic. I also had each of them signed manually by the accountant thinking that would act as a stamp.

That's what the UKBA website also says.

Payslips

These should be either formal payslips or on company-headed paper. If payslips are not on headed paper or you only get online pay slips, you must supply a letter from your sponsor. The letter must be on letter headed paper and must be signed by a senior official to confirm the authenticity of the payslips.

Payslips must cover the whole six months, so if your payslips are monthly, each monthly payslip for the six month period must be provided.

Does anybody know what's wrong?
Can I apply third time?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks.

It is very evident from the Tier 2 Guidance that printouts of payslips do not need stamp but just an accompanying letter. I will send for administrative review.

Does anybody know how long it takes for administrative review? They say 28 days, but I am interested in knowing the actual time to tell my employer.
