Name misspelled in H1B petition

Name misspelled in H1B petition

Hi,

I have migrated to US. When i checked my H1 petition, i found there is typographical error in my name (last name). One letter missed.

But all other documents like Driving license & Visa in passport & SSN are having correct name. Except the variation is in H1 petition.

What shd i do now to rectify it. This mistake was totally unnoticed.

Can anyone suggest me how should i proceed to correct my name and if at all any problenm will get created in my non-immigrant status
