HSMP EARLY EXTENSION

Hello,

Wanted to some advice regarding my hsmp extension.

my visa runs out in nov 2009 and as of now my salary both combined employed and self employed works out to be 24000.

wanted to know how early can i apply for my extension...

can i apply in the month of sept...3 month before the renewal ?? is that possible...since i have to go back home for family wedding for 2 months..

Even though the HO advices/recommends to apply for extension around 1month before extension..

it is not a problem to apply for extension 3months before expiry as this will give u a chance even to reapply incase if there is a rejection.. so if you have ur docs ready.. go ahead and apply for extension..
