Earlier this year myself who is from the UK and my long term girlfriend from Venezuela applied for a settlement visa for her to move to the UK.It was refused understandably on the grounds that my impending divorce was not final. Also it was refused on maintenance grounds as I was not in a great position financially at the time.
We are now applying again for the visa after failing on the appeal with my divorce now final and my business slowly growing we are in a much better position with these two points. We have all the financial documents, emails, all of her home documents from Venezuela, supporting letters, bank details etc etc.
I was just wondering if anyone knows of any extra documents that we could send to enhance our chances of success this time as we don't want to have to go through the emotional and financial problems that we have already encountered. It is better in my view to have more for this application than less.
If anyone can give me some advice it would be greatly appreciated.
