SA Consulate URGENT Questions

Hi there

My sister is about to renew her SA passport and she has a few questions. Hope someone can help really urgently.

1. The consular section has moved for refurbishment but they have not indicated if postal applications must still be sent to the Whitehall address. Anyone know if this is the case?

2. Must your photos be certified - signed on the back?

3. Does she need to send her original passport or can she send a certified copy? She has dual citizenship and is also applying for her British passport. She has to send her original passport with that, so would like to send certified copies for the SA one. Can she do this?

Please, please help. Very urgent.
