I dont know if its right forum to post a question.

Well, my question is If some one is living here as Dependent of student and working full-time, Can he/she give sponsorship affidavit to visitor from Pakistan? (Yes Its for family visit)

I'll be very thanful to you for your help in this matter.

Hi

Well dependent of student are not allowed to work full time(Allowed only 20 hours if your stay is more then one year)

So if home office know that she is working full time you would be deported as you breached your immigration conditions.

So answer to your question is NO.
