Do I Switch from psw to student

Do I Switch from psw to student

What is the rule for switching from IGS/Post study work to student. my psw will finsh in nov 2009. At the moment, i am doing phd (holding psw). do i switch from psw to student within uk or do i need to go back to my own country to apply for student visa. Thanks

1. PSW visa holders are allowed to switch into Tier 4 Student.
2. To switch from PSW to student , u will need to apply as a Tier 4 student and u can apply within UK.
