Well, you are so glad that you don't have to wait for 28 days anymore to declare your maintain held funds. See; just that simple; open your account today put in the required funds and submit your documents the very next day; Right? Wrong. Even if that facility is given to you by the UKBA till October 01, 2009, it is just because you do not have to wait for 28 days to submit your visa application. Your held funds in Pakistan must still be maintained for at least 6-10 weeks from the day you submit your UK student visa application. You must not even think of touching these funds until you get your passport back from FedEx.
