Post by drziakram » Wed Aug 19, 2009 9:06 pm

Hi Guys,
I am currently in UK under HSMP,going to apply for extension.I have been in Uk earlier in 2006 on visit visa.I travelled to UK for an exam and stayed about 2 months.later on in 2008 I came back on HSMP Visa .What would be the answer to following question in Tier 1 Form.Yes/No.

D5. Are either the applicant’s current and/or any one of his/her previous passport(s) or travel document(s) that he/she has used to travel to, and remain in, the United Kingdom which shows his/her current leave unavailable?

Regards,

If the passport which has above mentioned HSMP VISA is unavailable then the answer would be Yes.

I would say YES, in brackets Visit Visa No. issued in 2006 - is unavailable now
(assuming that ur Visit Visa in 2006 might have got expired and is not available to use it now)
