My application for tier2 visa refused on the grounds:
My banking statements although been signed and put bank seals, they say it does not have logo!
1.What shall I do? The banks only issue the statements on plain paper and put a seal and signature!!
2.Is it advisable to go for administrative review? or reapply? which is faster?
My employer requires me to join them asap!
3.I'm little confused. they have given '0 points for prospective earnings, ECO comment N/A'(although i submitted, offer letter mentioning the earnings) but they have added up the points to 60 for attributes including the earnings. Is it a typo mistake?
I would greatly appreciate help and advise and thanks in advance
Did they sign/stamp on every page of the bankstatements?
I think a signed+/stamped bankstatments should/ better always be acompanied by letter from bank for Maintenance funds.. this might be case for rejection apart from logo..
please read page 37 of Tier2(G) Guidance paragraph 215..
Ad hoc bank statements printed on the bank’s
letterhead are admissible as evidence (This
excludes mini-statements from ATMs).
If the applicant wishes to submit electronic
bank statements from an online account
these must contain all of the details listed
above. In addition, the applicant will need
to provide a supporting letter from his/her
bank, on company headed paper, confirming
the authenticity of the statements provided.
Alternatively an electronic bank statement
bearing the official stamp of the bank in
question will be accepted. This stamp should
appear on every page of the statement.
Reapplying is faster than appeal or AR but for reapplication you need to get new CoS as the current one might have already marked as USED..
please wait for others to comment on this.. maybe Ash can throw some better info/guidance.. goodluck mate
