in London with CoS, can i search job and come back with HSMP

Hi all,

I am already in london with CoS(inter company transfer) from some company in India. I want to switch Job here and go back to india and apply for HSMP. Will this process work.

In Interviews will they enquire about HSMP details. if we say this, will they accept.

Please guide me, lot of confusion, n donno who can ask here.

I suggest if u qualify apply for Tier1 (G) hsmp right here n continue in the country.. or find a new job n switch the jobs..

What is your current VISA status?

my current visa status is : valid till next year, but it will valid for 1 year. Its inter company transfer(CoS) sponsored by a company. Tier 2 visa.

If you qualify for Tier-1 now, better apply for it. Get Tier-1 visa and then you can move to other job etc. It will be better to apply for Tier-1 from within country.

Companies would want you to be eligible to work in UK before they make you an offer (Almost every Co would insist on the same even before considering your application).So get Tier-1 ASAP

Simply fill the Tier-1 form, provide documents for earnings, qualification (has to be Masters min), age etc. and thats it. Look at the Tier-1 guidance available on UKBA website
