Need help-applying family visitor visa for inlaws

Post by cheers2boss » Sun Aug 23, 2009 7:06 pm

Hi friends,

This forum is rocking, need help once again. Applying for family visitor visa for inlaws. My father-in-law is a retired person from Central Govt and my mother-in-law a house wife. I am sponsoring for their travel, accomodation and food. They don't have any funds in their bank account so I have provided my bank account statements for the last 12 months. Could you pls guide me what to fill for the below questions?

5.13 How much of your total monthly income is given to your family members and other dependants?
5.14 How much do you spend each month on living costs?
5.15 What money is available to you for your trip?
5.18 If someone other than yourself is paying for all or any part of this visit, how much money will they give you?
Please also explain why they are paying for all or part of your visit
5.19 What is the cost to you personally of your stay in the UK?

Also my father-in-law's covering letter says the follwing list of docs he is submitting.

1) Me and my wife’s original passports
2) Copy of my pensioner’s identity card
3) Copy of my owned property documents - flat (address as mentioned above)
4) Copy of my savings details, fixed deposits and savings bonds
5) Copy of my son-in-law’s sponsorship letter, invitation letter, passport, valid visa document, HSMP approval letter
6) Original son-in-law’s bank statements, payslips, P60
7) Copy of my son-in-law’s employment letter, deputation letter
8) Copy of my son-in-laws’s tenancy agreement, property rental offer letter from letting agent, council tax bill and rental receipt

Are these docs enough?
