Do I need to submit contract papers to embassy ?
My sponsor has not send me contract papers. Our deal was made orally and he told he will signed contract papers when I will arrive UK.
it will take more a than week if I asked sponsor to send all contract papers now. Is it must ?

Evidence of Prospective Payment

Post by drhopeful » Tue Oct 13, 2009 5:14 pm

Hello everybody,
I am in the situation. I have been sent email with the job offer. But how do you show the prospective earnings for the visa? Does the job advt. satisfy the UKBA?

Hello Vanadil,
I'm sorry, I didn't understand the question fully.
My employer is applying for COS. My payscale is above required 24k as per job advt. After a telephonic interview, they mailed me telling that, they are happy to give me the job and asked me to send requisite documents.
So, i am making preliminary preparations to collect documents for visa purposes.
Thanks

Sorry I mis-read.

I would merely encorage you to be very vigalante if the company starts asking for money for fees or anything else. :)

Good luck otherwise and no you don;t need to submit contract information to the embassay as this will be done by your company when they issue the CoS online to you.
