ILR -Absence

Post by sunrise1 » Thu Jan 22, 2009 8:34 pm

I am a HSMP holer planning to apply for ILR in May 2009 and was going through stamps in my passport to calculate no of days absence. I have no
excess absence only normal holidays thoroughou five years. My issue is on one of these visits abroad my passport has not been stamped for arrival or departure from there. They only collected the embarkation / disembarkation card ,scanned passport bothways even I did not bother to check. Only stamp relevant to that visit is what was stamped in UK on my arrival back from holiday.

Can some one tell me how home office will treat that absence ,will it matter to them or what I declare on my application is sufficient ?
