OANDA.COM or OANDA.ORG for Exchange rate

I have to rely on my overseas bank account which is in other currency than GBP.

I need to include something like exchange rate but

It states in paragraph 90 in the

‘The exchange rate of overseas currency will
be made using the OANDA rate conversion
on the date of the application. www.oanda.Org'

But oanda.org appears to be an advertising website. OANDA.COM seems to be the right one to print the exchange rate but the guidance says oanda.org.
