Useful websites for benefit problems

Post by anna1963 » Wed Aug 26, 2009 2:56 pm

Hi all

Just wanted to post links to a couple of possibly useful websites for people who've have had problems claiming or have ideas on how to make the system better.

The first is one that I help run:

http://www.publicexperience.com

It's a free, simple way to describe your experiences of public services - e.g. claiming benefits - and suggest how they could have been better.

We're non-profitmaking and independent of government, but all the experiences and suggestions on our site get sent on to the Cabinet Office for consideration, and they've promised to pick up and run with the best ideas.

Also, another potentially useful site (not run by me):

http://www.writetothem.com â†
